SCOOTER CLUBS

Postby ScooterboyC » Sun Apr 10, 2011 3:14 pm

I just thought id put this subject on here for anybody to see.
Can we make a list of clubs we are members of?
Im with Northside S.C Sheffield,
we meet every Tuesday around 7.30 at The Commercial ,Station Road , Chapeltown. Sheffield S35. (REAL ALE HOUSE)

We have a good mix of skins, mods, scooterboys etc,and have around 12 memebers who turn up week in week out.Its an ideal number,as its a small pub.
Also some members go to visit other clubs on other weekday evenings, and we get other clubs visiting us.
It was a real sight to savour a few weeks ago when 30 scoots turned up from local scooter clubs, all good lads n lasses.
PS,our club has a facebook page for anybody interested, search for Northside s.c Sheffield and send a friend request.
There are around 90 members so far,and some good pics on there,i took some every week, but now ive changed my phone and it doesnt have a flash.
Cheers,thanks for reading,Craig.

im with the WILDCARDS SCOOTER CLUB ( Lowestoft suffolk branch ) The Wildcards scooter club was started up in 1998 by a group of rally going scooterist friends from the middlesex area. There is now branches of the club one in London and one in Lowestoft. both clubs wear the same club patch but have there own shirts and jumpers with there location on them and try to meet up as much as posible at rallys and runs.

i was one of the first memebers of the club back in london and after moving away decided to start a new branch up here as i could not bring my self to wear any other club patch than the one i had always worn...lol

both clubs are on scootering mag site and both have there own facebook pages you want more info

I started in the P.D.F.P scooter club without scooters (there were four members and none of us had a scooter).

Then when we got scooters we started riding with the Radstock Devils, the only problem with that was that as I work pretty much 7 days a week I kept missing meetings , ride outs and rallys so now I just ride on my own or with my mate from work who bought a baja.

Hi Guys and Gals,
I ride with Vectis scooter club on the IoW. Meet on the first Sunday of the month at the Sloop Inn in Wooten.
Sometimes ride with the Wight Wasps who meet in Ryde every other Sunday.
Real mix of people and loads of different scoots. Love the variety and general good humour. :D

thinking of joining one of my local clubs BASC....Border Line Allstars Scooter Club.....mainly based in Rushden Northamptonshire but have members from a wider area...they have been going for about 30 yrs and usually sport gold stars on their black helmets so very noticeable....they usually meet on a thursday evening at a pub called The Welcome..and every kind of scooterist is made very welcome...at the last count there was 63 members so if you are looking for fellow enthusiasts pop along
