I've lost count of the tw*ts who've done this

A few hundred yards from my house I enter a large roundabout to get on a very busy by-pass - the main one that skirts South Worcester.

As I enter from the North, I take the first exit to head eastbound up to the M5 (J7) about 2 miles on, & this section of bypass has been undergoing widening for almost a year now as it is such a "pinch point".

The carriageway is a comfortable 1.5 cars wide as I take this first exit. I don't like gutter hogging so try to keep a central position. Nevertheless, I've lost count of the car drivers who accelerate right at the entrance to the roundabout to get past me. I could kinda understand it if it was their "last chance saloon" before getting a real tank on to the M5, but invariably, within a few hundred yards they grind to a halt.....and I pass them.

Some tw*t did this in a Golf today ....but when I got level with him, he started blaring his horn and not giving way to me getting back in. A few choice hand gestures followed and, naturally, I then took up a centre road position and slowed right down to piss him off.

I know I did the wrong thing & should have had a word with Buddha......but these morons.......
Good things come to those who wait
........but sh*t pretty much turns up straight away.

I've always fancied an old Transit van with a girder welded right round it for such incidents. No pleasure in driving these days.Cheers
