"Rodgers out, Rodgers out ??!"

Jurgen Klopp is getting mentioned, that should bring the PL to life. But I can't see BR getting the boot, he deserves a chance and with the way things are going I would rather we are not in Europe next year. who's going to compete with Barca, Real, Bayern & chelsea. I can see anyone competing with that lot for a few years, well definitely not LFC.

I've just heard on 5 Live that LFC have made a statement saying "BR is in no imminent danger of losing his job".

That's him gone in the morning then. ;)

After today's result, the next Prem sacking has got to be Alan Irvine - surely?....... (please!?)

Seems like a decent enough bloke, not that that ever wins you anything, and over 90% of Baggies fans were against his appointment. Jeremy Peace (chairman) seems to use the following 2 criteria when appointing managers: (1) does he talk a good interview irrespective of his CV? and (2) will he be cheap to fire if it all goes tits up? Reckon Irvine fitted both pretty well.

I've been looking at free bet offers (he's 8/13 - favourite) but if I'm reading it right you can't just make a bet and walk off with your winnings (surprise, surprise) and I can't be doing with another addiction in life.

Sorry to alienate even more forum users by talking Kissball, but hey ho ;)

I repeat they should never have sacked Steve Clarke.

Possibly.....but another one that fitted the Peace "model"....and his record was not great. I would like the guy to take a minor, considered gamble on proven Prem experience and a bit of BALLS (Mr Pulis, for example - much though he was reviled by Albion fans when he managed Stoke....because they always beat us, of course ;) )

Saints 1 Chelsea 1

Saints done some nifty homework and basically shut them out. Funny watching them all get frustrated. :D

However .... its all a conspiracy! :o
Baby Jose is throwing his toys out of his Abramovich pram ..... yet again.

Yeah, you can count us in on the Europe party too, now that Mega Tone is set to take charge ;)

When we used to play Stoke, one of the Albion chants was (to tune of Sing When You're Winning) "Tramp in a tracksuit, you're just a tramp in a tracksuit". S'pose that might have to change now!

Right appointment.

Can't wait for the Jose interview tonight:

All 5 of Spurs goals were probably offside?

The ball-boys had a vendetta against Chelski?

Cheslki's Xmas pud was sabotaged by FBI agents?

Chelski were denied 4 nailed-on penalties?

God sucked all 5 Spurs goals in coz he hates Chelski?

Pool any 3 from the 5 above.

I didn't get to see MOTD in the end.....though I did read in the paper that Jose was letting rip about a missed penalty at 1-0, which would have meant them killing the game off at 2-0 (assumes they would have scored, naturally). Apparently Phil Dowd "has difficulty keeping up with the game". In fairness, I'm sure he would also have mentioned this had they won ;) .

I shared a car with a (youngish) Chelski "fan" a week or 2 back and he seemed quite offended and surprised when I had professed my disdain of The Chosen One. I argued my case eloquently, reasoning that he is simply a Grade A twat.

I know how to make friends and influence people.

Hope this helps, Gary. You'd be better off investing in this:

Yep ... one thing is for certain, William Hill will be having a nice holiday at the expense of all the folks backing the Saints to go down following the exodus.

Enter Ronald Koeman!

They let me down losing to Swansea last week though.....I had my eye on them (Swansea) to do a bit of a concrete welly job following the departure of Bony. As a Baggies fan you tend to keep an eye out for all these possibilities. ;)

Jose robbed yet again today. I am starting to feel really sorry for him.....just seems like everyone's got it in for him, poor bugger. It's probably months since Chelskracistsea even got so much as a throw in. Didn't realise football was so corrupt, but I'm really staring to think now. ;) ;) ;)

Hey, Laurie! Decent match yesterday - I went. Glad I wasn't late arriving (goal 70 secs or thereabouts).

Pretty even stuff & loads of squeaky bum time in the 2nd half as you pummeled us. I see the Pulis effect is now if full swing......Foster was taking an age over each goal kick (& was finally booked for it).

Sick of playing fair & being beaten anyway ;)
