Hello from Belgium

Postby BelgianLML » Sat Jul 23, 2016 12:28 pm

Hi guys,

I´m from Belgium, so I will do my best to introduce myself in English.
I found this forum by google.
It´s not easy to find an LML club in Belgium, only vespa clubs.

My girlfriend drives a vespa px 125. That´s why I also bought a scooter.
I bought my LML 2 months ago. He´s from 2012 and had 1400 km´s.
It´s a start 125 deluxe 4 stroke, color antracite gray with pinasco tubeless rims. Paid it 1500 euro / 1250 GBP
Now after 2 months it has 2600 km´s. I love to drive my LML. Freedom everywhere.

First thing I did is a battery replacement. The old one was the original and was broken/leaking. Now I installed a maintenance free battery.
Next thing is fixing a little oil leak. there is always some oil dripping from my clutch cable and that bolt. My dealer told me it´s a broken oil seal. He wil place a new one next time.

Now I´m looking to swap my exhaust. 4 stroke is so hard to create a bit more sporty sound in stead of the PX 2 stroke from my girlfriend.
What do you guys recommend ? I have seen GPR, Gianelli, pollini. Do I need te replace my air filter and (don´t know the UK word, I make a gues) sprinkler also?

Thanks for the link. Price looks good.
Tasso is new for me. Do they ship to belgium?
Description says... race use only? What is the difference between road and race use, only the db's?

Somebody here who installed this exhaust?

Not sure where you are in Belgium, but the there are a couple of good LML specialists you can ask for parts and service:

United Scooters in Halle, Vlaams-Brabant (ask for Mike, he's a friend of mine)
www.unitedscooters.be

SDN Scootershop in Stevoort, Limburg.
www.sdnscootershop.be

There is also a Belgian LML FB page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/248009188648476/

In the UK, Tasso is the best dealer for parts, but not sure how much it costs to ship to BE.
