Oh snap! Mind you, your scooter looks cleaner than mine- so dusty at the moment round here. I think our scooter's wouldn't do too bad in flood conditions since the air intake is nice and high (Maybe not that high) but good for half a meter? Spark plug seems well protected, it would just be a case of making sure the exhaust does it's thing.
Who need's brakes? They only slow you down!
