4t 200 2up

Postby Diggler » Tue Apr 01, 2014 5:03 am

Hya guys , thinking of purchasing a shiny shiny lml 200 4 stroke , I currently use my gt 250 for rallies ect for me n my good lady , could anyone give any comparisons in performance I could expect from the lml, I am not looking to be doing silly speeds I would like re asuuring that the 200 will be capable of 50/55 with two up and weekend essentials , ie tents ect..
Any response would be greatly appreciated before I part with £2500, Cheers
Ps I will not be getting rid of my 250 the 200 will just be a little alternative

I've absolutely no idea! All I do know is that I went up to Morecambe on my LML 125 auto, 2 up, at 50-60mph. It's fairly flat and we didn't have much gear with us, but the 200 4T claims quite a bit more power. I've only done a short test on a 200 and it felt quite meaty!

I do loads of riding 2 up on my 200 and it sits at 60mph easily and will climb most hills in fourth.

Yep a 94 main jet should do it the dealer should supply it really. The ram air filter doesn't do much for performance but it sounds nice and it's easier to access when you need to clean it.

Ask the dealer to supply the jet as it's a warranty issue really.

Hi took my 4t 200 to Holland last year two up loaded for camping, found it to be well up to the job, cruising 55-60 easy and up to 65 when needed, still returned 93mpg
